Parco Nazionale Cinque Terre

The weather forecast showed no rain for today and therefore I decided to do some hiking in the Parco Nazionale Cinque Terre. I went there by train. It's called "cinque terre" because the parco nazionale consists of five small villages (amongst the whole park obviously) that are all situated ... on the rocks (literally - see the images below). It's a wonderful place if ... there weren't so many tourists! Incredible. The train was full (like in the morning when everybody goes to work), when I got off in one of the five villages, there were so many people that sometimes I couldn't even take a good look of the view. People, people, people - wherever I looked. Frightening, let me tell you!!. Imagine what the places must be like in high season? I prefer not.
Nevertheless, I spent a sunny day wandering around and enjoying the incredible views (I got used to all the people after a while SMILE).

I like the one with "the forbidden high heels" SMILE. It's not so farfetched though because some of these (female) tourists looked like they were going out on a date and NOT on a hike...
